Service delivery is arranged into four categories for ease of presentation. Many projects will require
various support services from across the four groups.
- The management
service group provides complete Information Technology
governance, planning, and execution. Including the following aspects;
Strategic Planning, 5 year IT Roadmap, Federal Security Act Compliance,
Project Management, Network Architecture, Security Architecture, and
Product Selection/Implementation.
- The development
service group includes requirement analysis,
Java and PHP programming, JSP programming, servlet programming,
scripting, data modeling, oracle development, PL/SQL programming
and all other development activities.
- The artistic
service group relates the artists, graphic
designers, web site designers, and technical writers who are
involved with the presentation and content of applications
and web sites, but not involved in the technical site development.
- The web services
group relates those
services which are available to outsource responsibility for
running the site or application and other services to improve
the effectiveness of the site including site optimization,
web site marketing, and web site administration.
