Achievements include analysis and requirements for a data warehouse, a quick connect integration with IntegraÕs loan origination system (LOS), requirements, functional design, and implementation of EmergisÕ Electronic Vault product, and (most notably) the management and production of requirements and functional design for the MERS eRegistry integration. Leveraging DTDs developed by MISMO, this is the mortgage industry paradigm for satisfying UETA and ESIGN legislation

 

á       Created logical data dictionary for the MERS project by mapping from industry standard XML DTDs to Oracle and back.

á       Analyzed Internet security policy implementations such as FIPS 140-1 level two requirements for MERS including the use of XML digital signatures and Sisac approved certificates.

á       Defined and documented potential gaps and opportunities, recommended business process changes and software enhancements, and created detailed requirements for enhancements and in house development.

á       Provided data mapping, functional changes, and requirements for 20 software interfaces including an interface to the Maynard industrial engineered standards.

á       Created requirements, and functional and technical design for an automated Attendance tracking program. Built a prototype using object-oriented design in Visual C

á       Created requirements, and functional and technical design for a PL-SQL program to change employee base rates per complex business rules resulting due to contracts and compensation rules of a heavily unionized organization.

á       Created requirements, and functional design for an application to manage payroll exceptions to supplement the LMS Pay Engine.

á       Created requirements, and functional and technical design for an application to manage the employee pay class assignment saving $250,000 in enhancement costs while greatly increasing the accuracy of pay assignment.

á       Provided second tier on-call programming support for multiple UNIX-based systems.
