   Coleman & Coleman Software created an elegantly simple application for the requistion and procurement of material with the creation of an approval process resulting in a purchase order. The process begins with the creation and submission of a requistion, and the subsequent automated approval process following the chain of command created in the Associate Admin application. In addition to the chain of command approvals, the process also includes an accounting approval, and finally the purchasing department approval, and the creation of the Purchase Order. The application supports the upload and maintenance of the following supporting tables: Project, Item, Purpose, and Cost Center. These reference tables may be used to offer consistant reporting capability to the application. The upload format of the cost center and purpose table follow the normal lookup table pattern.
