   Add the development cost to the three-year hosting fee and divide by 36 months to arrive at a Perpetual-Monthly-Fee. This provides for a low monthly cost but a higher long term cost, as the monthly fee continues as long as the service is retained. The early termination fee on this price structure is equal to the 36 - number of months paid time the Perpetual-Monthly-Fee. The minimum early termination fee is 2 months Perpetual-Monthly- Fee.
