Coleman & Coleman Software provides a common administration
module for all of our applications. The application supports the
addition of users and the assignment of roles. The initial user
is defined, and has the ability to create users, and may assign
any role to any user, with the exception of assigning the predefined
role to any other user. The roles will determine which applications
are available to each user, and the available functions within
each application which are available to the user. The administrative
role is required to establish the organization chart, and to define
a few required positions. The ASSOCIATE table
is created by uploading a simple spreadsheet saved as a .csv file from an
admin screen within the application. The ORGANIZATION, DEPARTMENT,
and COST_CENTER table is created by uploading a simple three column spreadsheet saved as a .csv file from an
admin screen within the application.
